All of our GC Candle Co candles and products are lovingly created in our home studio, made with coconut and soy wax. Vegan Friendly, Responsibly Sourced and No Chemicals. Every candle is put through a rigorous testing process before being manufactured for sale.

We also offer flexible wholesale deals to retail stores across the Gold Coast. Packages are tailored to suit store needs

HOW LONG WILL MY CANDLE BURN.

  That depends on the environment you burn your candle in.  Avoid drafts to get the longest burn time.  Our large glassware candles burn for approx 40-50 hours.

CAN I PURCHASE PRODUCTS FROM OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA?

No unfortunately, not at the moment. We currently only deliver within Australia. Stay tuned for any future developments.


 

HOW WILL MY ORDERS COME PACKAGED?

All items will be carefully protected with wrapping and placed inside a post satchel or cardboard box to protect them during delivery. However Insurance is always recommended even with free delivery.

 

COLOUR ON THE INTERNET

Please keep in mind that colour monitors display colours differently and our items are hand crafted therefore some items may have slight variations from colours displayed on screen to real product that are beyond our control.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN RECEIVED?

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation email including order number and the total amount (AUD) to be charged.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order through this site, you will receive a confirmation email with information about your purchase and an order number. You will also be notified via email when your order has been dispatched. To check on the status of any other order please email gccandlesco@gmail.com


WHAT ARE THE PROMO CODES AT THE CHECKOUT?

GC Candle Co frequently gives you the opportunity to take advantage of special offers by entering promo codes upon checkout. These promo codes are available for online orders only and cannot be applied to previous purchases. Only one promo code may be used per order.


 

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN SUBMITTED?

You can cancel and order within 24hours of purchase, if you cancel after that, you will be issued with a store credit.  You can make changes to your online order, please give us as much notice as possible.  You can not cancel a custom order if the product has already been made. If you have placed an order and you wish to change or cancel it, please contact us immediately on 0407171889.
